Scanning the archives I get the impression that getting NeL to build
under Windows is a task not to be undertaken lightly. OTOH I don't see
the same questions about building with gcc. Is it easier, then, to
build on Linux, or is it just not frequently attempted? Or do Linux
users read the docs better? :)
