[Nel] new snowballs

Hello,

We installed the lastest Snowballs server on itsalive.nevrax.org with
the new login system that uses nel_launcher.

You'll find a Windows binary version with Snowballs client, nel
launcher, data and everything you need here (17 mega bytes):

You just have to unzip, launch nel_launcher.exe, read README and play.
