I will implement this myself.  Probably only the Sh-M-<letter> format.
And I will make it so that shifted and unshifted Meta keystrokes will
do the same thing unless the user has actually defined a Sh-M-<letter>
combo.  So, for a default setup the behavior with respect to Shift and
CapsLock will not change.
