Having used this patch set for a while, I don't like it that --nowrap
doesn't work. One can use M-L to toggle the hard-wrapping off, but I
prefer to use the command line. Of course, automatic hard-wrapping is
off by default, but I can imagine that some people use nano mainly for
writing texts and thus they put 'set breaklonglines' in their nanorc,
but sometimes they want to edit a config file and then want to use
--nowrap. So... I'm thinking about keeping that option.

The morespace and smooth options, I cannot imagine that people want
these sometimes on and sometimes off, so those will be removed. Only
of the nonewlines option can I imagine that sometimes people want the
automatic newline (when creating text) and sometimes not (when editing
a config file), and the automatic newline is not even togglable, so...
maybe this option needs to stay too.

Thoughts?
