At least a cut could be somewhat undone by an uncut, even if the uncut
wasn't done immediately.  Unlike a justify, which could corrupt things
and couldn't be undone so easily if it wasn't done immediately.

With regard to cut-to-eof, what's done is done, and undo works *now*.
