True, starting a backward search in the help viewer is probably never
needed.  It is there for esthetics, to keep the symmetry, the pairing
of the help items.  And also because the ^Q and M-Q and M-W keystrokes
are not shown in the help lines of the main screen (when working on a
normal 80-column terminal) -- they only appear when the terminal is at
least twice as wide.  So showing them when help is invoked gives them
some more visibility.  They are new bindings and need some advertising.
