BTW, I notice that there is no such line in my working copy either. I can confirm that the binary I was running was really built from this source. This is probably a valgrind bug I think.Strange.
About the second issue: When a file is loaded the size field shows the correct number of bytes. It becomes a garbage value after a series of operations of cutting/uncutting, indenting/unindenting and undoing/redoing, which I can't tell for sure... well, is it possible that the buffer gets reallocated during the process?
