That is just constant show in the titlebar, put it behind an option and only 
change "Modified" to "*" if enabled. I don't want to see constantshow in the 
titlebar, especially if it means losing "Modified". I don't even want to lose 
"Modified" for the scrollbar. But as it stands now, constantshow is the only 
option available. The current scrollbar percentage and down arrow most likely 
won't work when soft-wrap is enabled. And the scrollbar shouldn't change 
behavior or disable itself for soft-wrap.
