Looks good to me, although the equivalent escape sequences need to be
supported too (to avoid "Unknown sequence" warnings).  The attached
patch, on top of yours, adds them for xterm, rxvt, and Eterm.
(Xfce-Terminal doesn't distinguish between Ctrl-Home and Home, or
between Ctrl-End and End, and treats Shift-Ctrl-Home or Shift-Ctrl-End
as though no key is pressed.)
