[Nano-devel] Colorize the menu, title bar, and status bar

Hello,

Attached is a patch for v2.3.2 that adds optional colors to the menu,
title bar, and status bar.

The attached png is a screenshot of the change and the additional
entries to nanorc.

The patch has been posted to
https://savannah.gnu.org/patch/?group=nano.  Benno asked that I also
send it to this list for more visibility and feedback.
