Hmm, yes, that would be to changing get_full_path() due to a differnt bug fix this release
cycle.  I wasn't sure how many folks used ~user or ~ syntax in their rc files, but I guess
it's at least 1 :-)  I'll go make a tracker bug on Savannah.
