[Nano-devel] documentation updates patch

Changes:

* update the manpages and nanorc.sample so that -K/--keypad is removed
and -d/--rebinddelete is described

* change "$SYSCONFDIR" references in the manpages to "SYSCONFDIR"
references, since while SYSCONFDIR is a variable, it's set at
compile-time and can't be changed during runtime (ripped from DB's
patch)

* update the HTML versions of the manpages so that they are in sync with
the new versions

* update the info page and nano's online help to describe the behavior
of Esc Esc (for both insertion of control characters and for general
ASCII characters)

* fix the copyright in do_credits() (it should be 1999-2003, not
1999-2002)

Since this is mostly cosmetic, there obviously won't be as much testing 
needed as with the other patches.  Comments?  Are the descriptions clear
enough?
