Hi everybody !

I am working on a French version of the nano.1 man page, and this gave 
me some ideas of possible small improvements to the current man page. 
Please find attach a patch with these possible changes.

The list of changes includes :

+ Use non-breakable space in the pattern description for the -Q option. 
  This prevent the patterns to be wrapped on line ends.
+ Use italic for file names.
+ Remove some .br that do not make sense to me (.BR is bold, then roman 
  font style, and is supposed to be followed by a list of at least 2
