Yup, I'm completely out of it if it was that long ago.  I hadn't even 
changed jobs yet back then, should have been paying attention.  

I would have thought that Pico's behavior for this would be the desired
behavior, why do you consider the old behavior a bug?  My primary
concerns are being Pico "combatable" in places one wouldn't expect it
(editing simple lines of text) will earn us a flood of bug reports once
1.2 is stable, plus it annoys the hell out of me ;) 

I'm certainly interested in hearing opinions on this, whoever might be
listening out there, especially if anyone thinks I'm making a big deal 
over nothing.  The new behavior definitely 'feels' odd though.

[Yes, I would have noticed this sooner if I made 1.1.10 my default 
composer version, perhaps I'll do that now]
