Shortly I'll do a big commit to the CVS tree to update our gettext
support to 0.11. I don't know if this will require most of you people to
upgrade your gettext packages to 0.11.2 too, but I guess it'll only
be needed by BSD and other non-glibc systems users.

Basically, this will:

- remove intl/ completely. New gettext expect you to have libgettext
  installed, which comes with gettext 0.11.
- update a few things in m4 (newer macros needed, and so on).
- make i18n support a lot better, because 0.11 is _so much better_.

I'll drop a note here when it's done, please report any breakage!
