[myexperiment-hackers] authorization.rb changes

Hi guys,

I've decided to make data sets a "contribution" so they can have 
permissions set on them in the event that they contain private/sensitive 
raw data.

In doing this I made some changes to the authorization code because it 
didn't know what to do with a DataSet object.

Rather than go through add "DataSet" in the places where it mentions 
"Workflows", "Packs" and other contributables, I made it read them all 
from "Conf.contributable_models".

I attached the diff of my changes, let me know if I've done something silly.
