Hi,

Do you know if they have looked at T1 workflows for their purpose, and then loaded them into T2?

Some examples:
Blastp: http://www.myexperiment.org/workflows/90
interpro scan: http://www.myexperiment.org/workflows/204

This doesn't, of course, fix the problems they are having with T2 workflows on myExperiment not working.

Paul.

Hi Alan & team,
can you help Sarah and Heloise, please? I believe we have a fairly
good idea of the myExperiment fragments that work correctly with T2?

many thanks, -Paolo

Hi Paolo,

With a student of mine (this time, it is not Weijia but Heloise), we are
working on real workflows from Taverna.
I told Heloise to focus on Taverna 2 but it seems that there is almost
no workflow available in my experiment working on T2....
We looking for simple bioinformatics workflows able to perform

* blastp (the NCBI blastp web service would be perfect)
* Interproscan of EBI (again the webservice would be perfect)

Here are 2 workflows working with T1 which fit with what we would like todo:
723:nucleotide_interproscan
and 721:ebi_blast2interpro.
Making them work with T2 would be really great.

Would you have any appropriate mailing list to recommand in which we could post this kind of questions?

Thanks a lot in advance,
Héloïse and Sarah
