Hi,

Do you know if they have looked at T1 workflows for their purpose, and 
then loaded them into T2?

Some examples:
Blastp: http://www.myexperiment.org/workflows/90
interpro scan: http://www.myexperiment.org/workflows/204

This doesn't, of course, fix the problems they are having with T2 
workflows on myExperiment not working.
