NO!!

The workshop WAS at OGF19. And it WAS hosted by the Semantic Grid 
Research Group.
The tense needs to be changed. I reported this before, 2 weeks ago. And 
nothing has happened.

There IS NO Web 2.0 workshop at OGF20. It was at OGF19. In JANUARY.

OGF19. OGF20. different conferences. Different number!
