Yes.

I have not tested with MinGW-64; I have not even installed it yet. I'm
just reporting that I've heard other projects are switching to MinGW-64,
because it supports 64 and 32 bit Windows, while MinGW 32 only supports
32 bit Windows.
I'll get to it sometime, but certainly not for a 1.1 release.
