A semi-static x86 binary is available here:
http://www.ipd.uni-karlsruhe.de/~moschny/monotone/
It is built with gcc 4.0.2 and boost 1.33 and should run on any glibc 2.3
system. IPv6 support is on.
BTW: The 'source' link on http://venge.net/monotone/ still points to 0.24.
