[Monotone-devel] [patch] attr_init_functions take 3

ok, thanks to help from Martin Dvorak, this patch now generically handles
all attributes by calling all functions in the attr_init_functions lua
table.

I updated hook documentation and added 1 test - though it seems
http://www.venge.net/monotone/downloads/monotone-0.18.tar.gz doesn't
include any *.at files in tests/, so no luck testing the test.
Can this be applied as-is? Then i can try to find out why tests/*.at aren't
in released source tarballs...
