[Monotone-devel] small rcs compatibility bug in rcs_import.cc

Hi,

I've been trying out monotone from the 0.18 download (version
information at end) & have come across a problem importing my cvs
repository. Some very old RCS files (circa 1989/1990 in our case) have
the datestamp as dd.mm.yy.hh.mm.ss. Attached diff for will rcs_import.cc
fixes this.

Having fixed that I get the error shown below which I will investigate -
any pointers gratefully accepted!
