Apparently cvs_pull gets confused if you have a module in cvs with a
directory of the same name
ie. module foo has structure
foo/a.txt
foo/b.txt
foo/foo/c.txt
foo/foo/d.txt
The attached test exposes the bug in the current head of
net.venge.monotone.cvssync.
