Hello!
http://www.venge.net/monotone/docs/Network-Service.html#Network%20Service:
Please tell us on which port monotone listens, so iptables can be adjusted.
(looks like 5253 from serve command)
When trying to serve something I got the problem that I need
to enter the password once:
---- snip ----
bruehe% ~/monotone/monotone --db=gpm.db --rcfile=permissions.lua serve
linux.schottelius.org org.schottelius.gpm 2>&1 | tee monotone.log
monotone: rebuilding merkle trees for collection org.schottelius.gpm
monotone: beginning service on linux.schottelius.org : 5253
monotone: accepted new client connection from 192.168.23.42:33532
enter passphrase for key ID address@hidden :
monotone: fd 6 (peer 192.168.23.42:33532) exchanged goodbyes and flushed
output, disconnecting
---- snap ----
I didn't find an explicit hint on the website (or didn't I look
carefully enough?)
Next problem: I think there is no possibility to change the password
for a key, is it?
At last: I tried to push to a non running system and I retrieve
a horrible error message (instead of simple saying:
"monotone: connection refused at <peer>"
(error message is attached)
That's it for today, hope I give you enought work :)
Nico
