The real problem with it from my POV is that it's very old and I don't
have all that much confidence in the security of the private key
anymore. Unfortunately it does have useful signatures, and it would
be a pain to start over.

I don't think we should ask for a freeze exception; the question in my
mind is whether we should upload to unstable at all, or instead to
experimental for the time being.
