* paths.{hh,cc}: new method file_path::is_beneath_of which determines if
  the current file path is beneath the argumented one
* work.cc (perform_rename): ...use that here
* tests/rename_warns_on_subdir_move/__driver__.lua: un-xfail the subdir test
