delete    m4/ax_create_stdint_h.m4; just needed to rerun autoconf

patch     automate.cc inventory; add special case for root directory

patch     monotone.texi; document automate inventory argument

patch     tests/automate_inventory_path/__driver__.lua ; udpate tests to match 
improved root directory format. Better format for marking failing tests.

patch     tests/test_utils_inventory.lua ; add fail_check_inventory for marking 
failing tests
