ChangeLog: 

* file_io.cc: Use platform functions instead of boost::fs in a few places.
(do_shallow_deletion_with_sane_error_message): Delete.
(delete_file, delete_dir_shallow, delete_file_or_dir_shallow): Use do_remove.
(move_file, move_dir, move_path): Use rename_clobberingly.
* platform.hh, unix/fs.cc, win32/fs.cc (do_remove): New function.
* de.po, es.po, fr.po, it.po, ja.po, pt_BR.po, sv.po: Fix a trivial fuzzy
introduced by the above.
