ChangeLog: 

* paths.hh: Forward-declare roster_t too.  Do not define split_path.
No need to include <vector>.
(file_path): Remove constructor from split_path, and split method.
Make roster_t a friend.
* paths.cc: Delete functions removed from file_path and associated
unit tests.
* roster.cc: Delete commentary about split_paths.
(roster_t::get_name): Rewrite with a stack, a temp string, and the
file_path short-circuit constructor.
(new_component, parent_of, perform_random_action)
( create_random_unification_task): Rewrite avoiding split_path.
* key_store.hh: Include <vector>.
