ChangeLog: 

* removed FIXME wrt get_file command over mtn wrapper in RevisionManifest
* implemented a hacky way to export files (seems to unveil another glitch
with the monotone wrapper: on OSX nothing happens until messages, i.e.
mouse movements, arrive at the application)
