ChangeLog: 

        * contrib/monotone-import.pl: consequently quote arguments
        when passing to shell; do not treat branch name as a regex in
        order to not use treat the dots -- which exist in Monotone
        branch names by convention -- any special; upgrade whole script
        from old "monotone" to new "mtn" calling convention; use faked
        format "2" control directory to make current Monotone happy; do
        no longer fiddle around with ancient ".mt-attr" as attributes
        are already first-class objects in Monotone; use the current
        name "mtn:execute" instead of the old name "execute" for the
        attribute; remove trailing newlines on my_backtick() calls as
        this both confuses some shells and scrambles the DEBUG outputs;
        use "mtn automate get_base_revision_id" to figure out the new
        base revision after committing instead of poking around in the
        control directory; fix documentation: the tags _IS_ set and
        there is no --noupdate and --nomail options in this script.
