ChangeLog: 

- Viz_types: change the ancestry graph datastructure a bit (it has some
  mutable fields now)

- Database: Rewrite the code for the construction of ancestry graph. Do
  not define as many "neighbor out" nodes, only those that start a new 
  branch or that "end" a branch (eg the final propagate from a side branch)

- Agraph: do not display the "neighbor out" nodes on the same rank (too 
  disruptive)

- View : adapt
