ChangeLog: 

Add a --anonymous option to the pull and clone commands.
Fixes monotone bug #28805

        * options_list.hh: Add the --anonymous option.  The processing of
        this option the result of --key and vice versa, making the last of
        the two "win".

        * cmd_netsync.cc (CMD(pull), CMD_AUTOMATE(pull), CMD(clone)):
        Add the flag for the --anonymous option.

        * keys.cc (get_user_key, cache_netsync_key): Don't do anything if
        --anonymous was given.

        * work.cc (workspace::get_options): Ignore the key in _MTN/options
        if --anonymous was given.
