ChangeLog: 

* cmd_db.cc: Convert the 'db' command group to the new "framework" to
  define commands.  Still need to adjust some descriptions and abstracts,
  but it works now.

* commands.cc: Add 'db' as an alias for 'database' so that we can remove
  the 'database db' redundancy in the command's tree.
