Phil,

if I remember correctly I had similar messages ~1 year ago after upgrading ssl.
Is it possible you upgraded?
And if so, is it possible you need to restart some services, upgrade all 
machines to the same versions and/or need to upgrade keys to the accepted 
versions?
Sorry for my bad memory but back then it was somehow related to
