Interesting and good to know.Is there a time interval I need to wait before it registers again or is there a way to force it? It's been a little over 48hrs and the daemon has been restarted.
The ID file is stored by default in the home of the user under which Monit is running. You don't need to modify the file - Monit will register with the same ID. On Apr 10, 2013, at 7:56 PM, Adam Wolfe <address@hidden> wrote:
Note - monit is running as a init daemon, so there is no .monit.id to find and edit. At least not that I can locate. I'm not having much luck looking through the manual or searching google. Is there a simple way to recover a deleted host or add it back in manually? --Adam-- To unsubscribe: https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/monit-general
