I think I'll define another service 'addrwatch'. It will just be a
bash script, watching for the IP address and modifying one file
depending on the presence of the address. Then I might use a "check
file foo with path /foo/bar -> if size == 8 B then exec "monit start
dumbsvc" -> if size == 9 B then exec "monit stop dumbsvc".
This might be more reliable than my own actions ;-)
