Monit stops sending notifications

Hi,
I have the following problem: when service is restarted by monit 
couple of times in short time period, monit automatically changes 
status of this service to unmonitored and stops sending notification 
via emial. But when this service keeps stopping working monit tries to 
restart it but don't send notification about it. Is it possible for 
monit to send emails regardless how many times and now often service 
stops working?
In production we are using centOS, but this problem also occurs in my 
Ubuntu workstation.
