Yes, monit uses following logging priorities:

    {LOG_EMERG,   "emergency"},
    {LOG_ALERT,   "alert"},
    {LOG_CRIT,    "critical"},
    {LOG_ERR,     "error"},
    {LOG_WARNING, "warning"},
    {LOG_NOTICE,  "notice"},
    {LOG_INFO,    "info"},
    {LOG_DEBUG,   "debug"},
