allow NETWORK/NETMASK

Hi!

An additional "allow" statement was added to the CVS code.  With that
change you can allow networks in dotted numerical syntax with netmask
attachted to reach your monit http server.  The Syntax looks like this,
        allow 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
        allow 10.0.0.0/8

Everyone is welcome to try it out,
