Details:

- new command usertemp <user> <dir>
- print directory in scan_temp
- support user_temp_dir in recover_temp
- user admin can have its own user_temp_dir, but temp_directory is still
scanned during recover_temp

To-Do:
- Bittorrent support
- DirectConnect support
- update commonComplexOptions.incoming_dir ()
- HDD space check
- update commonShared.can_share & shared_scan_directory
