That hint finally did it... i checked my httpd configuration and I found the
source of the problem. I'm using the RewriteRule's to redirect to port 4080
on my webserver... those js and css-files weren't regarded by the RewriteRule
and so the web-interface was messed up.
This might be interesting to know for all other users taking advantage of the
RewriteRules.
I fixed it by adding those four lines to my httpd.conf after the orignal
RewriteRules:
RewriteRule /(i.js) http://localhost:4080/$1 [P,L]
RewriteRule /(h.css) http://localhost:4080/$1 [P,L]
RewriteRule /(di.js) http://localhost:4080/$1 [P,L]
RewriteRule /(dh.css) http://localhost:4080/$1 [P,L]
