Follow-up Comment #3, bug #16647 (project mldonkey):
Ah, now I understand.
The helptext is provided from the network module (fasttrackServers.ml,
CommonWeb.add_web_kind "nodes.gzip" "List of fasttrack nodes").
If you do not compile this network module the helptext is never added.
