Reason is, during loading core seems to be ignoring
file_sources = [
({ client_hostname = "192.168.1.3"
client_port = 80
client_proto = http
}, "http://192.168.1.3/kernel-image-2.6.8-2-686_2.6.8-16_i386.deb";);]
in files.ini
