Details:

I'd like to have an option so that if i say min_full_sources is 1, a file
won't start downloading until it finds as many full sources.

This way you help spreading available files that are available, instead of
having 300 connections all with the same missing chunks.

Also it would be nice if clients would automatically select the rare chunk.
I don't know how it works with mldonkey because I can't see the individual
peer statistics there, but in edonkey I could often see the donkey finally
getting connection to the one guy who has the complete file - and then
downloading a chunk that was NOT unique to this peer. Bah.
