Here a torrent did not seed even with auto-commit enabled:
http://www.open-bits.org/download.php/1155/Gentoo-RR4-LiveDVD-2.40.iso.torrent

The .torrent file was moved to ./torrents/seeded, the file
itself was moved to ./incoming/files and this was in the logfile
when the file finished:
