Not responding hosts are removed after 2 minutes, right?

but max_known_peers (default 20) and max_known_ultrapeers (default 500) are
still not recognized. I am connected to all three networks now but my server
lists has 3200 entries, 6x donkey, rest Gnutella, G2 and Fasttrack which
should be limited to 3x(500+20)=1560.
