Summary:  Cancel FileTP download causes Mldonkey to hang

Original Submission:  As summary states, if I try to cancel a FileTP downlaod , 
mlnet usage climbs to c. 97% and mldonkey no longer responds to telnet or web 
interface.
Never encountered this problem before moving to 2.5.-28 (previously used 2.5 
-21 and -16; started with 2.4 versions).
Results of make_buginfo attached (I have not modified any of the files...).
