Summary: Problem with dir prio upload slots
Original Submission: Problem is described in this thread, bug report is

"I am having the feeling the patch does not work as good as some months before,
currently I am still using 2-5-16r.
max_upload_slots 5
sum of dir prios 5 (3 dirs with prio in total),
so up to 10 upload slots would be a normal thing as requests for dir prio
shared files would immediately open up a new slot. Exactly this seems not to
happen in any case, prio files still get more upload but I hardly see a
situation where all upload slots are occupied with these files. "
"Yep thats also on my todo list:
There semes to be a one miss bug somewhere resulting in "unprio" files getting
a prio slot. "
