Summary:  wrong answer in GUI protocol for SetOption (28)

Original Submission:  When I submit a SetOption(28) command, mldonkey answers 
with OptionsInfo(1). Some options return a wrong value eg min_left_servers or 
upload_lifetime. They are changed but have the wrong value in the protocol 
answer.
